Setup:
Hosting Fee: $100 per year
Hourly:
Hourly costs: $30 per hour.
All time is counted in minutes, not hours. Timers are started at the beginning of work and are off at the end of work. All time is added together for a monthy invoice. No rounding is involved this side of two decimal points. We are happy to serve you and hope that you will come to us soon.
Plans:
The Basic Plan includes 5 hours of free web development time per month. The cost of this service is $135 dollars per month. This is a 10% discount off of hourly pay. It includes web development for everyone's needs and is a good starting point for someone that will need small changes made per month.
Total: $120 per month
The Small Business Plan includes 15 hours of web development time per month for a savings of 30%. This plan is great for someone just starting out and needs a lot of time to start up their page. Typically this will be more than enough to setup a basic site. If your site needs more dynamic work, you may be interested in the Large Business Plan below. This plan will handle almost all of your local real estate companies.
Total: $315 per month
The Large Business Plan includes 50 hours of web development time per month. This service gives the user full access to the web developer in a priority queue fashion. This plan gives you immediate service and puts you in queue with other Large Business Plan owners. This plan is discounted at 40%.
Total: $900 per month
E-Commerce:
E-commerce Plans include shopping carts and connection to your merchant account. Due to the setup involved with this kind of project the first month can be no less than a Large Business Plan. After the first month, you can change your plan to be whatever you wish. Charges from merchant accounts are not included in the price for running an online shopping cart.
Business Services:
On-site computer repair and training will help you get your business or home office up and running when things go wrong. We only charge a small fee for the drive alone as many of you know though you may live 5 minutes away as the crow flies, the mountain roads do not follow straight routes. To prevent the need for service personnel to work on your computer, we also offer training classes in the software packages your company uses. Most specifically training in the primary Microsoft Programs,
On-site Computer Repair:
When your computer does go down due to many of the typical problems such as malware, virus's, and hardware failures it is often worth the client's time to simply call the repair man. If your computer can be repaired, the charges are listed below. If it cannot be repaired you will be refunded the full hourly rate and given our recommendation on how best to resolve the issue. You will receiver a write up of all services done on your computer systems. Many times the only problem with a computer can be the virus' and malware. As such, CWS recommends the following applications: Lavasoft Ad-Aware, AVG Antispyware. Most computer companies will simply download these applications and run them for you, but if you prefer to work on your own computer, that is our recommendation for a first run. Please call us if you have any trouble and would like to talk to a support person over the phone.
Total: $30 per hour (plus a $30 trip charge).
On-site Computer Training:
Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP training courses are available. Program training is available for Microsoft applications such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, FrontPage, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Publisher. We also are able to do training on Macromedia Applications per your request.
